Photography
Photography is a key part of my storytelling toolkit, helping to capture moments and communicate narratives across audiences.
Toronto Wildlife Centre
Through my work with Toronto Wildlife Centre, I document the rescue, treatment, rehabilitation, and release of wild animals in care. Unlike traditional wildlife photography, this work often takes place in fast-paced rehabilitation environments with limited access, difficult lighting conditions, strict handling protocols, and very short windows of opportunity to capture content safely and ethically.
A major part of this work involves maintaining respectful boundaries around wildlife and ensuring photography never interferes with patient care, medical procedures, or rehabilitation goals. Many moments can only be captured from a distance, through enclosure barriers, or during carefully controlled care checks, requiring patience, adaptability, and a strong understanding of animal welfare priorities.
In addition to photography, I also contributed copywriting and storytelling for donor communications, educational campaigns, and social media content designed to connect audiences with wildlife conservation and rehabilitation efforts.

Canon
During my time working with Canon, I gained hands-on experience working with professional imaging equipment, photography workflows, and customer-facing technical support. The role strengthened both my technical understanding of photography equipment and my ability to communicate effectively with photographers, creators, and clients with varying levels of experience.
Working within a fast-paced retail and customer service environment also helped develop my adaptability, problem-solving skills, and strong foundation in photography hardware, camera systems, and visual production workflows.
Freelance
Alongside my work in wildlife media and conservation storytelling, I also offer freelance photography services including headshots, pet portraits, product photography, stock imagery, and promotional content for businesses and creators.
My freelance work focuses on creating natural, polished, and visually engaging imagery tailored to each client’s needs —. Whether that means professional branding photos, clean commercial product shots, or candid lifestyle and pet portraits. I aim to create images that feel authentic while remaining versatile for web, social media, print, and marketing use.
